So I eventually started testing a lot of different second tree variations like sorcery with celerity and gathering storm or resolve with bone plating and revitalize in the end I came to the conclusion that Sorcerery with Nimbus Cloak and Absolute Focus/Gathering Storm (depending on mu) works best to carry your team. I'm currently going with lethal tempo, triumph, legend alacrity and coup de grace in the main tree but I tried out a lot with the second tree and I personally don't understand why you should go taste of blood? I rarely (what I mean is I can't proc it on cd) have chances to proc it and even if I do I don't think that this rune is worth taking since the healing isn't that much.
